A Tough Market in Tough Times
Everyone realizes that this is a tough market. Buyers are concerned that they will pay too much for the house they want. Sellers are concerned their house will not sell.
Having said that there are good opportunities out there, especially for first time buyers. Prices are back to where they were 3, maybe 4, years ago. Government programs are aimed especially at the first time buyer with low down payments and don't forget the tax credit available to you. Now there is talk of making interest rates even lower. So now is the time to call for the services of an expert to guide you through the process.
In addition I have recently completed an intensive course on Short Sales and Foreclosures sponsored by the National Association of Realtors that allows me to use the designation SFR. So if you have question or needs in this field please call or email me.
